Museum of All Times
The Museum of All Times (2011) is a chapel-like building located at Oeffeltseweg 21 in Beugen. Inspired by the old Marian chapels from the region, this offers museum visitors a moment of reflection. It combines the features of a chapel with contemporary architecture, visually expressing the idea of time and seasons. As a kind of sanctuary for art and landscape, the museum enriches the region of the Land of Cuijk. It is closely linked to the surrounding area thanks to the recreational routes that pass directly past the museum. Furthermore, it has the potential to be part of a larger art route that brings together regional culture and landscape.
Since 1994, the Alarm artist initiative has offered artists the opportunity to work on location and exhibit their work. In the early years mainly solo exhibitions were held, later occasional group exhibitions were organized around specific themes.
To give an extra dimension to this location, the concept of the "Museum of All Times" developed by initiator and visual artist Ans Verdijk, with the support of owner Clemens de Vroome.
The Museum of All Times offers the opportunity to view the bimonthly exhibitions of professional artists from 8:30 am to 11:30 pm.
This ample time window allows visitors to enjoy the exhibitions at their leisure and be inspired by the artworks.
